About Our School...
Hancock Elementary, home of the Heat, is an accelerated academy. Our staff makes it a priority to meet children's academic needs. We provide accelerated classes in core subjects to insure that all students are being challenged on their level. Hancock staff members are committed to teaching children about character with a focus on kindness and leadership. We are blazing a path to the future with our many clubs, including: Kindness Club,
Garden Club, Choir, Running Club, Tutoring, 3D Printing, Coding, Robotics, and Student Council. The arts are very important, so each year we provide an Art Masterpiece program. We would love for you to call Hancock home, so come on over and feel "the Heat!"

About Hancock Elementary
"Blazing A Path to the Future"
Our Mission and Vision
Listen to the school song - Performed by the 2004 - 2005 Hancock Choir
We're Hancock Heat
We cannot be beat
We blaze with fire
All hot with pride
With our colors
Bright red and yellow
Our school is the
Greatest of all
GO HEAT!
Our School song was written by members of the 5th Grade General Music class in fall of 2004.
The 6th grade students also composed a different version:
We are the Heat
You cannot compete
Our scorching pride
Makes us all strive
To be burning
For greater learning
We try our hardest
To achieve
HANCOCK HEAT!
